Bridget Archer, Minister for Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing
Only Labor could complain the Royal Hobart Hospital is getting a $130 million emergency department expansion.
At the last election, Labor didn't commit a single dollar to upgrading our major hospitals.
Under the weak leadership of Josh Willie Labor are all over the place.
Labor complains about hospital performance, and then complain we are expanding the ED.
Labor complains about the Budget, then vote against sensible measures to improve it.
Labor complains about hospital bed availability, then are silent on the issue of stranded patients.
Our Liberal Government's expansion of the Royal's ED will deliver 120 treatment points, helping patients receive faster, more efficient treatment and improving patient flow through the hospital.
How on earth could you complain about this?
We are building an even better health system while Labor continues its campaign of fear and smear.
If Sarah Lovell stands up today and opposes the RHH expansion, without saying what Labor would do differently, they are officially all sook and no solution.
