Just last year, Josh Willie went on the attack, saying the Tasmanian Government needs to reduce senior executives.
The article at the time has Mr Willie claiming "Trimming the numbers of the senior executive service would be far more efficient than by cutting the rank and file public service staff numbers".
It sounds like he is out today attacking his own policy?
This is extraordinary and Mr Willie needs to explain how he got here.
Has he been forced? Does he think Tasmanians will ignore the backflip? What is going on?
