Housing dashboard update gives greater transparency and access

More information will be available on the improved Housing Dashboard, released in March, reconfirming the Tasmanian Government's commitment to transparency and accountability.

Updates have been made around important data to ensure information on the pipeline of homes to construct is clearer.

Minister for Housing and Planning, Kerry Vincent, said the Housing Dashboard provides the public with the most up-to-date housing data.

"Housing is about more than numbers, but the numbers are important," Minister Vincent said.

"We know for every house built, every shelter supported and wraparound service implemented, we're helping real people.

"The Housing Dashboard outlines our journey to 10,000 more social and affordable homes.

"The latest updates to the Housing Dashboard will be live later this month, when the February data is published.

"We're continuing to deliver for Tasmanians through increased transparency and accountability."
