Jo Palmer, Liberal Member for Rosevears
A well-known Tasmanian event is uniting with a long established winery to bring a sparkle to summer this year.
Clover Hill Wines has been announced as this year’s Taste of Summer wine partner.
Liberal Member for Rosevears, Minister Jo Palmer, said it was fabulous to see the winery and the festival, both established in the 1980s, come together in partnership in 2025.
“Tasmania’s Taste of Summer is one of the state’s most iconic festivals, celebrating Tasmania’s world-class food, drink and entertainment,” Minister Palmer said.
“Clover Hill Wines crafts Tasmanian sparkling wines that are fresh, vibrant and elegant.
“This partnership is a perfect pairing for Tasmania’s vibrant summer.”
The Taste of Summer is a superb platform for producers, makers and artisans from across Tasmania to showcase their products to a wide audience of visitors and locals.
“More than a quarter of the stallholders at Taste of Summer, just like Clover Hill Wines, are from outside Hobart,” Minister Palmer said.
“The regional spread of producers showcased by the event helps to highlight Tasmania’s premium food and beverage producers from right across the State.”
The Tasmanian Government is proud to support Taste of Summer.
“We are delivering for Tasmania by backing a strong tourism and events sector,” Minister Palmer said.
