Unlike Labor, the Tasmanian Government will always back in the energy and renewables industry.

While Labor talks down investment and job creation in new energy generation, the Government is backing in industry to compete in strong global markets.

Developing a new industry is complex, but we don’t shy away from hard work, unlike the Labor Party’s former failed energy spokesperson, Dean Winter who’s signature policy was to gut the Hydro and sending hundreds of Tasmanians’ packing.

While Labor snipes from the sidelines, we are getting on with the job, with our 2030 Strong Plan for Tasmania’s Future investing in local hydrogen production.
