Today I am pleased to announce that from a highly competitive, national field, Jenny Dodd has been appointed as the new TasTAFE CEO and will commence in early 2018.
Bringing a fresh perspective, Ms Dodd also brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills from senior vocational education and training roles including Deputy Chief Executive of Canberra Institute of Technology, and most recently as Chief Academic Officer at TAFE Queensland.
Ms Dodd is nationally known for her work in online learning and change management, and will be moving to Tasmania to take up the position from February.
Today’s announcement marks a new start for TasTAFE, as we focus on the future of TasTAFE and its vital role in providing the skills needed for our growing workforce.
