Edyth Langham-Goodwin OAM was a truly remarkable woman and a great Tasmanian.
Edyth was an irrepressible promoter of all things Tasmanian, and in particular her local community, small business, the arts, thoroughbred racing and the Liberal Party.
Edyth was a strong advocate for women in politics and business, and there is no greater example of her passion to see more women in leadership roles, than her daughter, Vanessa.
Edyth was a strong personality, with a great sense of humour and a touch of class. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her.
