The inexperienced Labor Opposition appear to have abandoned their own so-called “alternative budget”, without a single media event or even media release over the weekend to support it.
And little wonder, given it spends twice as much as it saves, has a $300 million black-hole which gets bigger by the day, and it’s centrepiece is a thought-bubble to put sick Tasmanians into hotel rooms instead of hospital beds.
If Labor were proud of this document they would have asked questions about the ideas contained within it all week, and held media events every day to sell its ideas.
Instead, it was so bad they've hidden it under the bed, hoping it will just go away, and no one will notice.
