Testing Time for Year 11 and 12 Students

More than 7,100 Year 11 and 12 students are studying this weekend for Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE) exams set to begin on Monday.

Over the next fortnight, 45 written exams will be held, with the first being in Ancient Civilisations and Chemistry, and the last being in Accounting, Drama, Environmental Science and Society and Mathematics Specialised.

The exam that will see the largest number of students is English Communications.

Students will be taking exams at 27 centres across Tasmania; while there will also be TCE students sitting exams in Queensland, South Australia and the Cook Islands.

On behalf of the Government, I wish all students well and hope they achieve the results they have worked for over the past year.

Students can request to receive their results by email on December 15, with results being received by mail from December 16.
