The Hodgman Liberal Government is very pleased to have reached an in-principle wages agreement with the Australian Education Union.
This Agreement is consistent with the Government’s two per cent wage policy while also ensuring teachers get a deserved pay rise.
By getting the Budget back on track we have also been able to employ an additional 107 full-time equivalent teachers in the public sector, since coming to office in March 2014.
