Organisations are encouraged to apply for grants of up to $60,000 to improve capacity in delivering sport and recreation opportunities in Tasmania.
Applications are now open for the 2019 State Grants Program – Sport and Recreation, which provides funding for state sporting organisations, state disability sporting organisations, state sector service providers and state active recreation providers.
The Hodgman Liberal Government has the goal of making Tasmania the healthiest population in the nation by 2025.
We know that to meet this ambitious goal, it is important we provide a range of grant programs to improve the opportunities for Tasmanians to participate in sport and recreation.
