Mr Simon Overland has today tendered his resignation as Secretary of the Department of Justice to take up a new position in Victoria.
Mr Overland has served both Labor and Liberal Governments since 2012 and we thank him for his efforts and wish him well in his future endeavours.
An Acting Secretary will be appointed when Mr Overland departs in four weeks.
