The Hodgman Liberal Government will always put the needs of vulnerable children first.
As I have previously stated, all children previously in the care of Safe Pathways have been transferred to other care providers, with no more Government funding going to Safe Pathways.
I can advise, as asked during Estimates and again today by a journalist, that a total of $1 160 240 (plus GST) was paid to Safe Pathways for out of home care of children since 1 July 2015.
The review into Safe Pathways is ongoing.
