The Tasmanian Government is recruiting for the position of Secretary, Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with the right skills and capabilities to help build on our strong and economically vibrant State as the steward for land, air and water, in partnership with the community and industry.
The recruitment process will be nation-wide, with advertisements appearing in local and national media commencing this Saturday, February 1. Applications will close before the end of February.
The position is vacant due to Dr John Whittington taking up the position of CEO Blue CRC in January. Until the recruitment process is finalised, Mr Tim Baker will be Acting Secretary.
