Recognising and rewarding inspiring educators and employees

Nominations are now open for the 2018 Together We Inspire Awards.

The Awards are an opportunity to publically acknowledge the dedication and commitment of the staff and volunteers in Tasmanian Government schools whose work involves ensuring that our students receive the best education and best chance in life possible.

The Awards will recognise finalists in twelve categories:

  • Engaging our Learners (Early Learning)
  • Engaging our Learners (Primary P-6)
  • Engaging our Learners (Secondary 7-12)
  • Engaging our Learners (Adults)
  • Outstanding Early Career Employee
  • Outstanding Support Employee of the Year
  • Wellbeing Award
  • Telstra Excellence in Innovation Award
  • Volunteers of the Year
  • Literacy Champions
  • Numeracy Champions
  • Tasplan Together We Inspire Award

Teachers play a critical role in creating a job ready generation of young Tasmanians and it is important to recognise the part they play in shaping a better future for our State.

Nominations will close on Sunday 1 July 2018 with all finalists invited to a statewide awards ceremony where winners will be announced on 18 October.
