Party Crashers launch

Tasmanian gaming developer, Giant Margarita today launched their third professional title Party Crashers.

Giant Margarita is Tasmania’s first and only company to release a commercial game on both the Sony PlayStation and Nintendo Switch consoles.

The development was supported by the Hodgman Liberal Government through Screen Tasmania, with a $15 000 grant.

Party Crashers is a spinoff of the incredibly successful Party Golf game, which sold over 15 000 copies worldwide, and features fast-paced last-car-standing gameplay.

Previously, Giant Margarita received worldwide attention in 2016 after Government funding assisted in the creation of Party Golf.  Its rapid rise in popularity secured its release on the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam for PCs.

The Hodgman Liberal Government is proud to support a development that supports and promotes Tasmania’s creative industry to the world.
