The Tasmanian Government would like to congratulate Adrian Bodnar on his recent appointment as Assistant Commissioner of Tasmania Police.
Assistant Commissioner Bodnar has almost three decades’ experience across various specialist investigation roles, including deployments to East Timor in 2000 and 2006, Australian Federal Police, Professional Standards Command and the Criminal Investigation Branch and he has more recently played the important role of Manager, State Control Centre assisting in coordinating the whole of government response to COVID-19, one of our most challenging emergencies to date.
I would like to wish him all the best in the Assistant Commissioner Specialist Support role, as he works with Tasmania Police to help keep all Tasmanians safe.
