More Labor lies on the Tamar

The Hodgman Government is working to clean up the Tamar.

The Tasmanian and Federal Governments have committed $95 million to provide real solutions.  That money is in the budget with funds timed to flow from 1 January 2019, in line with the MoU with TasWater.*

Labor’s claims are simply wrong.  We are getting on with the job of cleaning up the Tamar, after 16 years of Labor’s neglect.

The Hodgman Government is working with councils and TasWater to bring forward vital investment into infrastructure and we have outlined a plan that is currently being considered by councils that would see more money spent on infrastructure and a freeze on water and sewerage prices that will ensure Tasmanians are better off.
