Mental Health Week is a chance for everyone to participate in activities and events that encourage mental health self-care, and support others to do the same.

We all want to see a Tasmania where people are happier, healthier and more resilient, which is why the Hodgman majority Liberal Government is committed to delivering our $104 million mental health plan, which supports evidence-based care, and an increased focus on early intervention and prevention, and service integration.
Mental Health Week is being held from October 6 to 12. Visit www.mhct.org for the full program of events across the State.
