The attacks on my personal view on marriage today by the Labor Party illustrates exactly the point I have made in my recent speech.
In that speech, I made the point that it is ok to vote no, and that those who do so should not be subject to abuse or intimidation.
Labor’s attack on me is a prime example of attempts to shut down free and respectful debate on this topic, and sadly, prove my point.
