Mac Point releases first parcel of land to market

The first parcel of land at Macquarie Point, The Escarpment, has been released to market.

The Macquarie Point Development Corporation is seeking pre-registration of interest from developers and/or consortia considering being a part of this unique development opportunity, prior to the commencement of a formal competitive bid process.

Tasmania, like the rest of the world, is facing extremely challenging times, but we are working hard to continue delivering on key infrastructure projects. This once-in-a-lifetime development at Macquarie Point will be enjoyed by Tasmanians for many generations.

The Escarpment will be the first in a multistage land release by the Corporation, which presents an unprecedented opportunity to invest in one of Australia’s most prized locations.

This parcel of land comprises approximately 8,797m2, with three building envelopes totalling around 6,676m2.

The pre-registration of interest process will be managed by Tasmanian realtors Knight Frank.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit a registration of interest form before May 29, 2020, in order to receive a direct copy of the Corporation’s upcoming Request for Expressions of Interest.
