The Hodgman majority Liberal Government welcomes today’s finding of the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal, which enables the development to proceed and is a positive endorsement of the Government’s Expressions of Interest initiative.
The Government will now review the full findings of the Tribunal.
