Labor must come clean on whether or not they will present a comprehensive alternative budget this year.
Several weeks ago Ms White said that Labor won’t do an alternative budget, instead delivering an “economic directions statement”.
Yet, yesterday Ms White claimed that Labor would release an “alternative budget.”
There is clearly a massive breakdown in communications between Ms White and Mr Bacon about what sort of budget document they plan to produce.
Meanwhile, Labor are desperately advertising on Facebook for people to attend their “budget reply” breakfast.
The fact is, unless Labor present a document which includes a fully detailed operating statement, it will not be an alternative budget.
