Fact: Bill Shorten and Labor have yet to commit to ensuring Tasmania’s GST income will continue to grow.
Why is Bill Shorten and Labor still refusing to make this same guarantee to Tasmanians? Will Josh Willie demand Bill Shorten make this commitment today?
Labor has absolutely no credibility when it comes to managing the budget and our economy.
Fact: The former Labor/Greens Government drove the State into deficit and into recession.
Fact: The Hodgman Liberal Government has turned around Tasmania’s economy and has returned the State Budget to surplus four years ahead of schedule with forecast surpluses across the forward estimates.
Fact: The former Labor/Greens Government presided over 10,000 Tasmanians losing their job.
Fact: Under the Hodgman Liberal Government more than 11,000 jobs have been created for Tasmanians.
