Labor’s addiction to Greens’ Policy

Labor’s farcical attempts today to distance themselves from their own policy on pill testing shows that they are embarrassed at how similar their agenda and their priorities are to that of the Greens.

The Greens’ Bill to provide quality assurance for illicit and unlawful drug pushers may well be a “stunt” as Shane Broad says - but it’s also Labor Policy, which he didn’t say.

The Labor Party are simply the Greens, but lazy and with no conviction.

It’s a repeat of the situation last week which saw Cassy O’Connor call Rebecca White “gutless” and “dishonest” for publicly pretending to back away from birth certificate changes Labor was also privately drafting with the Greens at the time, and which they refused to release to the public until the day they tabled them in Parliament.

This is just the latest in a long line of issues on which Labor refuses to state their position on because they know that the public don’t support a Labor-Green agenda.
