Revelations today that Rebecca White has outsourced her election campaign to a Victorian firm shows that she can’t be taken seriously when it comes to creating Tasmanian jobs.
Ms White has snubbed Tasmanian businesses that are often involved in election campaigns and failed to support the workers employed by the businesses.
Ms White has sold out Tasmania and has shot to pieces her claims that she will support local jobs. Unless Ms White immediately commits to backing Tasmanian businesses by dropping the Moss Group, she will have zero credibility when it comes to creating jobs in Tasmania.
What this shows is that Ms White and her team are so hopelessly inexperienced they need a Victorian company to run their campaign for them.
It’s also a massive slap in the face for the Tasmanian workers whose union dues paid for these ads, most likely unawares.
