Shadow Treasurer Scott Bacon must come clean on alleged Public Accounts Committee leaks.
Yesterday, Labor leader Bryan Green three times refused to guarantee that neither Mr Bacon, his office or any other member of the Labor team had leaked at least two confidential PAC documents.
Leaking documents from a parliamentary committee is a serious matter. In this particular case, it is all the more serious because of the sensitive commercial and legal nature of some of the material being considered by the committee.
The ball is now very clearly in Mr Bacon's court.
Did he, or anyone in the Labor team, leak PAC material to the media?
