Housing Tasmania has been made aware of a bogus call made this morning to a private address to see if the owner could rent out part of her private home to a family.
Any such calls should be considered a scam as they have not originated from Housing Tasmania.
Housing Tasmania and Housing Connect are progressing a range of actions to alleviate Tasmania’s housing shortage – this does not include cold calling Tasmanians.
