Earlier this month, Bob Brown sought approval for a helicopter flight over the Tarkine to “showcase the coast” to an international visitor.
This is exactly kind of thing Bob Brown has been publicly kicking and screaming about.
In the world according to Bob Brown, it’s ok for him to enjoy our wilderness from the air, but Tasmanians cannot.
As a Government, we are committed to getting the balance right between a thriving visitor economy and also allowing more people to experience our wilderness areas, not just Bob Brown.
