The Liberal Government welcomes the seizure by Tasmania Police of very significant quantities of illicit drugs as part of an international investigation.
We commend our local police on their work on this operation, and their close cooperation with several federal law enforcement agencies and also with the United Kingdom's West Mercia Police.
Clearly, these matters are now before the courts and it would not be appropriate to comment further on the details.
