Expressions of interest to join the Tasmanian Women’s Council are now open.
The Tasmanian Women’s Council is seeking two new members to champion the rights and interests of women in Government decision making, and to play a key role in monitoring implementation of the Government’s gender equality agenda, the Tasmanian Women’s Strategy 2018-2021.
The Council provides a crucial link between Tasmanian women and the Tasmanian Government, with members providing advice on important women’s issues such as financial security, safety, leadership and participation, and health and wellbeing.
