Commonwealth funding is not a magic pudding and it is concerning that Labor is rewarding Western Australia's budget mismanagement with $1.6 billion in funding, which will inevitably mean less for the other states for things like critical infrastructure.
It is also concerning that despite the multi-billion handout to WA, Labor has still not ruled out changing the GST system.
