Ball in business community's court following penalty rate decision

Now that the independent Fair Work Commission has made a decision on penalty rates, it is up to the business community to put their money where their mouth is.

The business community has long been on the record saying that high wages on Sundays were stopping them from opening longer and employing more people. 

Now that the Fair Work Commission has accepted their argument, the ball is in their court to deliver the jobs that they have promised.
