TT-Line’s annual report confirms our Spirits continue to fuel the strong growth in our visitor economy.
It reports a record 867 sailings, including 169 day sailings.
Freight volumes were also at record levels, carrying more Tasmanian exports than ever before.
And the TT-Line has also achieved record revenues of $260.3 million, up from $244.6 million in 2017-18.
This has happened under our plan to refurbish the ships, increase sailings and increase capacity for more passengers and freight.
We congratulate the TT-Line Board, its management team, and the staff of what is one of Tasmania’s great success stories.
The Spirits are a vital part of Tasmania’s economy, which is now one of the strongest performing in the country, supporting local business and jobs across the State.
