The Conference kicks off at Wrest Point tomorrow, and runs until September 5. "There's an incredible array of speakers, including representatives from Carlton United Breweries, Coca Cola Amatil and Lion Nathan. "Some of our very best talent is also on display, with presentations from local wilderness tourism identity Rob Pennicott, Bianca Welsh - a partner in two Tasmanian award-winning restaurants, Stillwater and the Black Cow Bistro - Will Priestley, the owner of Pilgrim Café and Mark Wilsdon from the Museum of Old and New Art." Mr Bacon said around 300 delegates had registered for the event, with around half from interstate.
