SHIPPING ASSISTANCE FUND OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS Fri 15 June 2012 DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, ENERGY AND RESOURCES Applications are now being invited from eligible Tasmanian exporters under the $14.5 million Tasmanian Shipping Transition Assistance Fund. The Fund has been established as part of the Australian Government's one-off $20 million Tasmanian exporters assistance package announced earlier this year. Financial assistance provided under the Fund will be via a single round of one-off grants. Applications for assistance under the Fund close on Wednesday 18 July 2012.
