The Minister for Education and Skills, Nick McKim, said that he had received the Department's report in response to the Coroner's findings into the death of Tasmanian student Rene Levi.

 

Mr McKim said he was pleased the Department accepted the recommendations to ensure that all activities, particularly those with an inherent risk, are operated as safely as possible in the future.

 

"I again want to express my condolences to the Levi family for the loss of their son," he said.
